Shipping Policy

Standard (Ground Shipping): $24.95 5-7 business days

We begin processing your online order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 48 hours. Delivery timeframes dependent on carrier transit times with rural and remote locations requiring additional time.

We may use each of the following shipping services to deliver your order. Note – your order delivery location and item type will determine the shipping service used.

  • UPS

  • Canada Post

* Processing times are best estimations and are not a guarantee. Large/Bulky items or dangerous/hazardous goods delivered to remote locations will require additional processing days. 

 

SHIPPING SURCHARGES (charges in addition to the Shipping Rates shown in the table above):
1) Oversize surcharge (typically items over 36" long - e.g. most Firearms): $44.95 per item
2) Location surcharges (applies to all Air Stage or extended service areas as defined by Canada Post or UPS): $65.00 per order.
3) Overweight/Large/Bulky Items surcharge: Based on package size and/or weight additional freight fees may be applicable. Where checkout shows “Additional Freight Fee: Will Apply”, a Customer Service Representative will contact you with a freight quote for approval prior to shipping. 

4) Ammunition or dangerous/hazardous goods may require additional freight dependent on ship to location. A Customer Service Representative will contact you with a freight quote for approval if additional freight is required

5) Additional Insurance over $100.00, a Customer Service Representative will contact you with an insurance quote for approval prior to shipping.


AMMUNITION or DANGEROUS/HAZARDOUS GOODS: 
Live ammunition, powders, primers or dangerous/hazardous goods cannot ship by air or via Canada Post; these items will be shipped via GROUND courier service. A daytime phone number & physical (street) address is required (cannot ship to a PO Box, Rural Route or Land Location). Additional fees may apply.

PRODUCTS REGULATED by CANADIAN FIREARMS PROGRAM:
Processing time does not take into account any delays that may occur due to required Canadian Firearm Program PAL (Possession and Acquisition Licence) verification or obtainment of reference numbers.
U.S. or Non-Canadian ORDERS:
We do not deliver internationally​

HOLIDAY SEASON
Processing times are best estimations and are not a guarantee. Carrier pickup availability and weather delays, are out of our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

Skybore only sells and services the best quality products and will always endeavour to ensure our customers are satisfied. We offer exchanges or refunds for most singular products sold in our store, with terms for brands listed below.

 

All of our service work, custom installations and creations may have specific warranties offered at the time of purchase and must be indicated on the invoice to apply. These warranties are for quality of work, inclusive of manufacturer parts warranties, however returns or exchanges will not be accepted for abuse, damages, alterations or wear and tear through extended use of the product.

 

Skybore reserves the right to inspect returned items and render a decision on their condition and whether the return policy or any warranty applies.

A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Please call us for an RA# to put on your paperwork. Please include a copy of your invoice along with a brief description of whether the item is a return or exchange. If it is an exchange, please include a description of what you would like instead. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and should send returns and exchanges via UPS or Canada Post to the address provided with the RA#.

  • If you need to return a Kick-Eez product for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase.

  • You may ask for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

  • The merchandise price will be refunded. The shipping and handling cost will not be refunded.

  • To make a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If you need to return a Krieghoff Factory  product or Accesory for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase.

  • If you need to return a Graco product for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 60 days of purchase.

  • You may ask for a full refund or an exchange within 60 days of purchase.
